You can cancel your booking for any reason, up to 48 hours before your booking and get a full refund. If a Host cancels your booking request, you automatically receive a full refund.

If you for some reason can't check into your pitch and the Host cannot resolve the issue - we will refund your booking.
Pitch protection
If you arrive at your Host and the pitch is not what you booked and the Host is unable to resolve the issue on-site, we will refund your booking.
