Incredible setting for a campsite, within the historic citadel itself. Facilities basic but fine. Pitches generally flat and sheltered, suitable for tents or small-medium campervans/caravans.

Great campsite ' IT IS OPEN' !! Right at top of citadel - amazing views, nice pitches. Deposit for use of facilities. Only 12 euro for 2 cyclists!! Great staff.

We have stayed here before and loved it but we didn't stay this time as they wanted €80 deposit for the key fob for the toilets, cash only. I think the town hall is not interested in campervan tourists as they closed the Aire at the port last year and now this bs.
