Quinta das Lameiras (Casa e Campismo)

What a dream spot if you want to camp out for a few days! Only place for a few, so it's quiet and peaceful. Joao and Sara run a small biological farm, so you're surrounded by chickens and sheep, and you can buy fresh vegetables, potatoes and so on. As a bonus they have a great common kitchen/room and a bathroom. They sure know how to live the life!

This is one of the best places with the most heartfelt and hospitable places we've ever seen on our trips. Sara and João are giving their best to make your stay as good as possible. We enjoyed a great local dinner prepared by Sara with their own products and had a great time. Would have stayed longer if we would have had the time. Support these guys, it is worth it!

I've been traveling Europe for the last 4 years and this is by far the place where I felt like home! We stayed for two days and we were very sad at leaving hehe! They have everything you need. Showers with warm water, loundry, dryer, food, animals, space for the kids to play, space for hanging out and internet. Still working on some stuff, but by far, you have it all. João and Sara are the best hosts of all Portugal, not to mention the incredible food we had made for them with all the great things they grow on the farm (bread, olives, olive oil, potatos, meat, salad, and much more). If you are staying here, at least have dinner one night. You won't regret the most local gastronomic experience. While I am writing this, I just want to come back hehehe! One day☺️
