Camping Rosário (adults only 16+)

Excellent, well this campsite has ( no sorry) is the best camping site in Europe I can only describe it as heaven on earth every thing is spotless and not 5stars but at least 20 It's so peaceful the hosts are just totally friendly and helpful Also here is will you eat the best pasta and pizza ever ( it's like it's Italian) If you are traveling into Portugal then this is a must. Don't just stay for 1 night do a minimum of 3 guarantee you won't want to leave Last of all have a good conversation with Ernst He will make you laugh. Oh and a small dog treat for Bobby Thanks can't wait to return again

The site is accessed via an unmade road which is a little bumpy but don’t let it put you off. Lovely warm welcome by the owner Ernst who showed us to our large, level pitch. The pitches are terraced so you get a view of the reservoir with Electric hook up and free WiFi. There is a water supply, waste water & drive over for Motorhomes and Elsan point. Ernst & his wife Enrica have spent a lot of time & effort to make your stay a good one. There are folders containing all the information you’d need about the area, places to visit, walks & cycles to go on (with print outs to take). You can pre-order pizza & pasta that is homemade by Italian born Enrica (we had pizza and it was good!) - even delivered to your pitch. There is a room where the information booklets are kept (and books to borrow) where you can have breakfast (need to preorder), tea, coffees and alcoholic drinks too. The toilet blocks are a little dated but spotless and lots of hot water for the sinks & showers and a covered washing-up area. Ther (...)
