Wonderful campsite! Clean facilities. Beautifully planted trees. We had brought kayaks and had a super paddle all over the baragem. Swam from the opposite shore, the water was so warm (May) The campsite was silent at night. The vehicles very well spaced out. Reception ladies were lovely and friendly and the lady in the restaurant was so kind and helpful! She moved us so we had a better view, then moved tables outside so no-one sat in front of us! Food was good. The younger girl in the restaurant is good at her job but seems a little shy still. The prices were probably higher than we normally pay, usually a 3 course meal with wine is around €40 - €45 at night - our bill was €73 for 1 starter then 2 courses each and 1/2 jug of wine. But the ambience, attendance from the lady and views made up for it!

I was on a bike packing trip in Alentejo when I found this camping. The staff was very friendly and professional. The campground is very calm and has a beautiful view over the lake. I highly recommend this camping.

Very expansive but beautiful Found this little Paradies thru some friends from the Algarve. Felt truly comfortable here. It’s a peaceful place overlooking the lake. It’s quite. We payed for a small van and two people 24.50 Euros per night in April. Sorry guys that’s way to much! The facilities were ok, old but functional. The people very charming and friendly. We would have stayed longer if the price would be better.
